PURPOSE: A device for improving adhesion of a repair surface of a bridge slab for an environmental-friendly concrete pavement is provided to eliminate foreign materials from a cut surface by grinding an aged part of a concrete pavement. CONSTITUTION: A device for improving adhesion of a repair surface of a bridge slab for an environmental-friendly concrete pavement comprises a power transfer unit(12), a diamond grinding head, a scattering prevention cover(30), a water spraying unit for washing, and a vacuum inhaling/purifying unit. The power transfer unit is installed in a sash frame(10) and generates torque. The diamond grinding head cuts the surface of a concrete road using the torque. The scattering preventing cover covers the diamond grinding head and is fixed to the sash frame. Multiple suction ports are formed in the scattering prevention cover. The water spraying unit sprays water toward the cut surface.
