<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser removal machining apparatus for a solar cell panel, which can highly effectively and rapidly remove a solar cell film around the solar cell panel to form an insulation band, with high productivity, high maintainability, and high cost performance. <P>SOLUTION: The laser removal machining apparatus 10 for the solar cell panel comprises: a worktable 13 on which the solar cell panel P is placed with a transparent substrate facing downward; a moving device which slides the worktable linearly; laser head 15, 16 which are provided below the worktable and, which irradiate end portions of the solar cell film with the laser beams along the linear movement direction of the worktable; and a rotating device 17 which rotates the worktable so as to remove a non-removed portion of the solar cell film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
