摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing loss of a wiring board to feed current to an anode and cathode in an organic EL module. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL module 1 includes an element substrate 2; an organic EL element 3 having an anode 31P, an organic layer, and a cathode 31M; a sealing portion 4; and a wiring board 5 to feed current to the anode 31P and cathode 31M. The organic EL element 3 and sealing portion 4 are formed in an area inside more than the surrounding edge of the element substrate 2. Each of parts of the anode 31P and cathode 31M alternately extend outside more than the surrounding edge of the sealing portion 4 and are formed on the element substrate 2 along a plurality of the surroundings 21 of the element substrate 2. Each of wiring boards 5 is formed, being folded back so that a belt-shape conductor abuts to a part in the same surface and is located on the surrounding edge of the element substrate 2 so that the same polarity of electrodes of extended anode 31P and cathode 31M are connected each other. Thereby, the wiring board 5 attains a shape having a width fitted to the shape of electrode without cutting down in a U-shape from a sheet-like conductor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
