<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoes packaging box capable of obtaining the view of shoes stored therein. <P>SOLUTION: A box body 2 and a lid 3 are formed of a transparent resin sheet, respectively, and are folded in a box shape when the box is used. When the box is not used, the box is folded and kept. The box body has a box shape with a top face being opened while having a bottom wall 2a and four peripheral walls 2b and 2c in an assembled state. The lid has an upper wall 3a for closing the opening of the top face of the box body, and peripheral walls 3b and 3c to be externally fitted to the peripheral wall of the box body.
