<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein since a groove for folding a floor heating hot water mat is formed on the winding outer side of a mat back face and a bending part is fitted to a position separated from an auxiliary joist, when the mat is folded, this structure may easily cause serious damages, such as peeling of a heat release sheet due to expansion of the groove and repulsion of a radiating pipe and chipping away of a corner part of a board made of a fragile material. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Folding lines R are set along side auxiliary joist side edges, so that a side auxiliary joist 4a fitted to each board is positioned in a folding side edge when a floor heating hot water mat is folded. Grooves 5 are formed on the winding inner side on the mat surface to absorb repulsion of a radiating pipe, and the board is wound in the inner side of the side auxiliary joist and is protected from an external impact.
