<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the projecting width from an inner container, to easily store a plurality of inner containers in an outer container, and to relax impact applied to the inner containers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An inner container hoisting tool 1 has a lid 6 and a body 4 filled with radioactive waste, and hoists the inner container 2 to be stored in the outer container. The inner container hoisting tool 1 includes a support section 3 attached to a protrusion 5 projected outside from the body 4, a buffer section 7 that is disposed in the support section 3 and relaxes the impact applied to the inner container 2, and a hoisting member locking section 8 that is connected to the buffer section 7 and locks with the hoisting member for hoisting the inner container 2. The support section 3 restricts the movement of the protrusion 5 in the center axis direction of the body 4 with respect to the support section 3. When the inner container 2 is stored inside the outer container, the inner container hoisting tool 1 is mounted to the inner container 2 and is stored in the outer container while being mounted to the inner container 2.
