<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simple and easy handling operation with a simple structure, and to achieve stable and efficient heat control. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of air intakes 11 are provided in an apparatus case 10 so as to oppose to a radiator fin 14 of an electronic circuit unit 13 to be contained, masking shields 15 are in an openable/closable manner provided for this air intake 11, respectively, and this structure is so made that the masking shields 15 are movable interlocking with removal of the electronic circuit unit 13 to/from the apparatus case 10 to release or block the air intake 11.
