<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor element having a simple constitution that increases the current flowing into the source electrode and into the drain electrode. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On a transistor element 10, a source electrode 18 having a margin 18A with a wave-like concavo-convex planar shape and a drain electrode 20 having a margin 20A, with a wave-like concavo-convex planar shape, are separated with a space and are disposed, such that their respective margins 18A and 20A with wave-like concavo-convex planar shapes are faced to each other.
