<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, suppressing generation of color stripes regardless to changes in the image density upon outputting the image, and to provide an electrostatic charge image developer, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus, using the toner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development contains toner particles (A) and particles (B) containing a polymer compound and silicone oil, wherein the particles (B) have a volume average particle diameter ranging from 5-50 μm, and contains the silicone oil inside and on the surface of the particles (B) by 10-50 mass% of the polymer compound.
