PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine deterioration in sensitivity of an intake pressure sensor for detecting pressure of the intake passage of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: This deterioration determining device for the intake pressure sensor includes: a cylinder internal pressure sensor 66 for detecting cylinder internal pressure; a pressure difference calculation means for calculating a pressure differenceΔP between pressure Pim of the intake passage, detected by using the intake pressure sensor 68 subjected to determination of deterioration and cylinder internal pressure Pc in the vicinity of an intake bottom dead center, detected by using the cylinder internal pressure sensor 66; and a deterioration determination means for determining the deterioration in the sensitivity of the intake pressure sensor 68 based on a comparison result of the pressure differenceΔP calculated by the pressure difference calculation means with a predetermined thresholdα.
