<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet impregnated with chemical which is excellent in wiping, liquid retention and dealing property for simultaneously developing the decoloring effects and disinfecting effects of the iodine of povidone iodine liquid, and for preventing any fiber waste from being left on a wiping face. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet impregnated with chemical is obtained by impregnating a sheet containing cellulose fibers with sodium thiosulfate and alcohol water solution.
