<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation system allowing easy simulation regardless of a kind or performance of an actual machine, and allowing debug of a sequence program such that simulators cooperate to operate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A simulator management part notifies the plurality of simulators of a one scan execution request for requesting execution of a part corresponding to one scan of a program that is a simulation target, and stops the operation of other simulators of the plurality of simulators on condition that a break state of a certain simulator of the simulators operating based on the one scan execution request has been detected. The plurality of simulators execute the part corresponding to the one scan of the program based on the one scan execution request, and resume the operation according to an operation resumption instruction when the simulators stop in the middle of the execution of the program.
