<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully wash off soil adhering to the bottom part, in particular, the bottom corner parts of a container. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A scrubber includes a rod-like brush body 10 in which a brush member 12 made of fiber is clamped and fixed between twisted wires 11, 11, a handle 20 mounted to one end of the rod-like brush body 10, a core member 40 mounted to the other end of the rod-like brush body 10, and a sponge member 30 mounted to the rod-like brush body 10 by binding a part of its peripheral face by a binding body 50 in the state wrapping the core member 40 in it.
