PURPOSE: Footwear and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which facilitates manufacture and shows effect of the germanium more effectively. CONSTITUTION: Footwear comprises: an outsole(10) which is prepared in order to be supported in the surface; uppers of leather(20) which are prepared in order to cover the outsole; an accommodation space which is formed to accept wearer's foot; and an insole(30) which is placed under the floor of an accommodation space. The uppers of leather are prepared to be opened to the top to make wearer's foot inserted into the accommodation space. The uppers of leather are equipped with a lining and a cover. The lining and cover are adhered to each other.
