<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device including a light translucent plate for improving the uniformity of the light emission of the light emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device includes a carrier, a light emitting element disposed and electrically connected to the carrier, and a light translucent plate disposed on the carrier and including a flat portion and a lens. The lens covers the light emitting element and has a light beam incident surface, a light beam emitting surface, a first side surface, and a second side surface. The light emitting element is suitable to emit a light beam. The first partial beam of the light beam passes the light beam incidence surface and leaves away from the light beam emitting surface. The second partial beam of the light beam passes the light beam incident surface and is transmitted to the first side surface or the second side surface, and the first side surface or the second side surface reflects at least a part of the second partial beam of the light beam and make it pass the light beam emitting surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
