<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dyed polyester material by which reductive degradation of a disperse dye sticking to a polyester molded product can sufficiently be achieved, and the sulfur content is reduced to afford weak acidity. <P>SOLUTION: There is disclosed the method for producing the dyed polyester material in which the reductive degrading property is excellent; the sulfur concentration is reduced; the weak acidity is provided; and the coloring degree of waste liquor is reduced. The method for production includes: a step of dyeing the polyester molded product with the disperse dye in a bath; a step of removing the residual disperse dye from the bath, and newly adding water; a step of adding a reduction main ingredient; and a step of heating the bath, and adding a reduction auxiliary agent to the bath when the temperature in the bath attains 60-90°C. In the method, the washing bath itself is not stained with the degraded or exuded disperse dye, and even environmental pollution problems concerned during draining can be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
