<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink which contains an imide based compound in which a solvent without lowering the durability of an inkjet head is usable and which is also contained with a high concentration in an ink; forms a membrane having good storage stability in normal-temperature storing and a considerable large thickness (≥1 μm) in a single jetting; and further provides an insulating membrane having high heat resistance and electric insulation in forming the membrane and having a sufficient mechanical strength and a few warpages. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet ink has an imide compound (A) prepared using a monoamine (a1) and a compound (a2) having an acid anhydride group, and a solvent (B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
