<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory diagnostic device of a control device of on-vehicle equipment diagnosing in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This memory diagnostic device includes a control program storing part 100 for storing a control program for controlling the on-vehicle equipment, a reference data storing part 200 for storing a plurality of data to be referred to by the control program during execution of the control program, a reference data selecting part 300 for selecting data to be referred to from the plurality of data based on a driving state of the vehicle, and a data abnormality diagnostic part 400 for diagnosing the presence or absence of an abnormality of data to be referred to until data are actually referred to from a time when the referring of data is determined by the reference data selecting part 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
