<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing instant noodles which becomes straight noodles with less waves on returning with hot water, while maintaining conventional production lines as much as possible and not using a special additive, and also to provide bundled raw noodles useful as raw material noodles for such the instant noodles. <P>SOLUTION: Noodle dough is formed into a plurality of noodle lines by passing it through between a pair of cutting blade rolls, and each of the noodle lines is piled as a non-parallel state with the adjacent noodle lines while bending so as to become an almost spiral form on a conveyer, and arranged as flat noodle line bundles.
