<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anaerobic digestion device which maximizes the production efficiency of biogas. <P>SOLUTION: The two-storied type anaerobic digestion device includes: a primary injection tank to which livestock waste water or garbage is injected; a secondary injection tank to which the inflow water which passed the primary injection tank is injected; an anaerobic digestion tank zone 1, a zone 2, a zone 3 and a zone 4 designed in such a manner that biogas is produced as the inflow water which passed the secondary injection tank performs methane fermentation in first-in, first-out order, and at the same time, it moves to the next anaerobic digestion zone; a device which collects biogas produced by being connected to the gas layer of the anaerobic digestion tank zone 4; a first heat exchange tube which is provided inside the primary injection tank in such a manner that the sludge solution inhaled from a lower layer suction pipe performs heat exchange with the new inflow water; an after-treatment tank zone 1, a zone 2, a zone 3 and a zone 4 which are provided at the upper layer of the anaerobic digestion tank (second floor) that treats bad odor gas components generating from the sludge solution whose heat exchange is finished; and a compost liquid tank which preserves the sludge from which the bad odor components are removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
