<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip type metal plate resistor capable of improving resistance value precision and mounting precision. <P>SOLUTION: The chip type metal plate resistor includes a metallic plate type resistor 11, a pair of terminals 12 formed on at least a reverse surfaces of the resistor 11 at both ends, and a protection film 13 formed between the pair of terminals 12, angles on sides of the pair of terminals 12 where mutually opposite surfaces 12a of the pair of terminals 12 and the reverse surface of the resistor 11 cross each other being 90°or less at parts 14 where the mutually opposite surfaces 12a of the pair of terminals 12 come into contact with the resistor 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
