<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve profiling of power consumption through accurate and precise measurements. <P>SOLUTION: In a computer device, a sampling means gives interruption for sampling to CPU, when an integrated watt counter which measures the power consumption at each arbitrary fixed period and integrates the measurement overflows.
