<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static pressure bearing device suppressing wear of a bearing to the minimum even if a rotary shaft touches the bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The static pressure gas bearing device 10 includes a bearing block 11 having radial bearing surfaces 13A, 13B facing the outer circumference surface of the rotary shaft 2, and a lubricating fluid supply device 23 supplying the lubrication mixed gas of mixture of pressurized gas and liquid lubricant to a bearing gap between the rotary shaft 2 and the bearing block 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
