<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for evaluation of medical action, capable of integrally evaluating, by using a QI (Quality indicator) with high evidence level, medical actions to be performed at all stages such as during outpatient visit before hospitalization, during the hospitalization, and during outpatient visit after leaving the hospital. <P>SOLUTION: Quality of all medical actions is quantified to be evaluated by: extracting prescribed medical actions having reliability, which is equal to or more than predetermined reference, to chronic diseases from a medical action storage means 14 in the outpatient visit before the hospitalization, a medical action storage means 16 during the hospitalization, a medical action storage means 14 in the outpatient visit after leaving the hospital, and prescribed medical action storage means 26, 28 and 30; and by comparing the contents of all medical actions, which are stored in the medical action storage means 14 in the outpatient visit before the hospitalization, the medical action storage means 16 during the hospitalization, and the medical action storage means 14 in the outpatient visit after leaving the hospital, with the contents of the prescribed medical actions having the reliability, which is equal to or more than the predetermined reference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
