<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry a powdery object in a building having one or more of openings always opened for passing a carrying means, to carry out the powdery object from the building, and to also restrain the diffusion, outside the building, of dust generated when mixing the powdery object in the building when necessary. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A flexible curtain (15) contacting with a carrying-out means (31) from the whole in its upper width direction but extending downward within a limit capable of passing, is always suspended in the openings (7, 8 and 10). A mist-curtain 22 is formed in a lower opening below the flexible curtain (15) by spraying surfactant-containing water (22) downward inside the flexible curtain (15).
