<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC time card using a personal computer in order to easily solve problems of a paper time card where a user forgets punching, performs duplicate punching or someone else performs punching, in employee working management using the paper time card. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A non-contact type IC card reader (2) is connected to a personal computer (1) having working management data in a computer program.
