<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of protecting components held or provided in a case body from impact and vibration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This apparatus includes the case body 2 holding and provided with the components, and protection members 3a-3h attached to the case body 2. The protection members 3a-3h comprises a shock absorber 32 including a cylinder filled with liquid and fixed to the case body 2 and a piston rod of which base end part is inserted in the cylinder, and an elastic body part 31 attached to a tip part of the piston rod.
