<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid droplet delivery head which can narrow a head width while reducing pressure variation of a common liquid chamber. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The liquid droplet delivery head includes a plurality of nozzles 10, pressure chambers 11 which communicate with the nozzles 10, the common liquid chamber 22 which communicates with the pressure chambers 11, and a driving means 6 which makes liquid droplets delivered from the nozzles 10 by deforming one surface of the pressure chambers 11. The common liquid chamber 22 is formed in a nearly rectangular parallelopiped.
