<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adhesive layer protruded to the peripheral edge part of a pattern transferred on an object to be transferred with flexibility and/or retractility from becoming largely different appearance from the object to be transferred caused by repeated deformation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On a base sheet 10, by using a screen printing plate on which a shape whose peripheral edge is extended by 2 mm from a required pattern is made into a printing plate, the shape is printed with a releasing treating agent to form a releasing layer 12. Thereon, the pattern is printed with a red color ink by using a screen printing plate on which the required pattern is made into a printing plate, to form a pattern layer 14. Thereon, by using a screen printing plate on which a shape whose peripheral edge is contracted by 0.2 mm from the required pattern is made into a printing plate, the shape is printed with a white concealing ink, to form a concealing layer 16. Thereon, by using a screen printing plate on which a shape whose peripheral edge is extended by 0.7 mm from the required pattern is made into a printing plate, the shape is printed with an adhesive layer ink with a color close to a color of the object to be transferred, to form an adhesive layer 18, and to obtain a transfer sheet A.
