PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling chamber installable in a state closely contacted with a wall while securing an exhaust path to a machine chamber upper part. SOLUTION: In the cooling chamber, a machine chamber 11 is installed in a position adjacent to a body 10 housing and cooling a cooling reception object. A rear face of the machine chamber 11 is disposed forward than a rear end of a top panel 60 composing a top face, and in the rear face of the machine chamber 11, a rear exhaust face 81 is formed, carrying out exhaust from an interior of the machine chamber 11 to an exterior. In a rear part of the top panel 60, a panel exhaust port 61 is provided, communicating an exhaust space S4 in the rear of the machine chamber 11 with an external space S5 above the machine chamber 11.
