PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking force control device for suppressing the increase of the scale of a system or the increase of costs. SOLUTION: When the output voltage of a battery power source 3 drops to a voltage which is equal to or less than a threshold voltage V<SB>TH2</SB>larger than a threshold voltage V<SB>TH1</SB>, a power to be supplied from the battery power source 3 to a brake device 6 is restricted. Thus, it is possible to suppress the decrease of the voltage of the battery power source 3 during braking, so that it is possible to delay a timing in which a driving state is shifted from a main state to a sub-state. As a result, a vehicle speed is decreased only for the delay of a timing before the driving state is shifted from a main state to a sub-state, and the amounts of braking by using the power of a backup power source 5 become low. Thus, it becomes unnecessary to increase the capacity of the backup power source 5, so that it is possible to suppress the increase of the scale of the system or the increase of costs.
