Disclosed is a multilayer film wherein the outermost layer and the innermost layer are laminated with an intermediate layer interposed therebetween, said intermediate layer being configured of one to three layers. The multilayer film is characterized in that the intermediate layer is composed of 0-55% by weight of a linear polyethylene that has a density of 0.910-0.930 g/cm3, 5-15% by weight of a high-density polyethylene that has a density of 0.950-0.970 g/cm3, and 35-85% by weight of a linear polyethylene that is polymerized using a single site catalyst and has a density of 0.900-0.910 g/cm3. The multilayer film is also characterized in that the intermediate layer contains at least one layer that has a lower density than the outermost layer and the innermost layer, and that the outermost layer and the innermost layer are formed from a polyethylene or a mixture of two or more kinds of polyethylene.
