<p>The invention proposes a method for manufacturing nano electronic devices made from at least one planar carbon based molecule, comprising the steps of: identifying in an elementary indivisible nanoformation (ECNF) of the planar carbon based molecule, relations between predetermined axis of orientation (AA, BB) with respect to a reference orientation and physical properties such as electric current conduction properties, realising devices having predetermined of said properties by positioning the ECNFs (2) therein according to the orientations corresponding to said properties, such as a Field Effect type device having a source portion (51), a drain portion (53) and between them a gate portion (52). The invention also proposes nano electronic devices obtained by this method. The invention finds application at least in the field of nanoelectronics.</p> |
