<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a calcium-reinforced milk composition hardly forming precipitates. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the calcium-reinforced milk composition has a step of mixing a milk containing casein with a milk calcium agent solution containing a milk calcium agent, and then concentrating the mixture with a nanofiltration membrane (NF membrane) or a reverse osmotic membrane (RO membrane). The method for producing the calcium-reinforced milk composition, wherein the milk calcium agent contains whey proteins, lactose, and milk calcium, and the whey protein content and calcium content based on the whole solid content are 5-70 mass%, and 3-15 mass%, respectively. The method for producing the calcium-reinforced milk composition, wherein the milk calcium agent is obtained by treating whey with an ultrafiltration membrane (UF membrane) or nanofiltration membrane (NF membrane), adjusting the pH of the obtained filtrate to 6.0-9.0 to precipitate milk calcium, and then mixing the milk calcium with milk proteins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
