摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy integration assessment apparatus which assesses economic values of the respective reductions in energy and in environmental load effectively integrally. <P>SOLUTION: A deployment processing section 13 performs deployment processing for distributing an energy amount or an environmental load amount among respective states along with an operation scenario stipulated in operation scenario data D2 on the basis of setting data set by a data setting section 12. An assessment processing section 14 performs assessment processing for assessing an economic value for the distributed energy amount or the distributed environmental load amount to the respective states from the energy amount or the environmental load amount deployed to the respective states by the deployment processing section 13 on the basis of contract-system data D4. An integrated result processing section 15 obtains integrated result data D15 by integrating assessment processing results of the respective states obtained by the assessment processing section 14.
