PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image processing method capable of removing unneeded information from X-ray images and preparing the X-ray images more accurate and clearer than before, an X-ray image processor, a program and an X-ray imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: The phase image and absorption image of the X-ray image obtained by imaging the same part of a subject are acquired, the contour information of respective parts is extracted from each of the absorption image and the phase image and a first image and a second image are prepared. Then, the contour information commonly present at the pixel positions corresponding to the first image and the second image is specified, and the specified contour information commonly present is removed from the second image to prepare a third image. Then, a pixel having a pixel value equal to or smaller than a first threshold is removed from the third image to prepare a fourth image, and the absorption image and the fourth image are added to prepare a fifth image.
