PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a package without any twist to a package supporting element of a packing machine. SOLUTION: A suction cup 23 is pushed out as shown by Arrow 81 towards a package 30, adsorbs one package 30 and returns to an original point. The package 30 is moved along a circular path 70 by the rotation of a first main shaft 11 and then is pushed out as shown by Arrow 71 and released from the suction cup 23. The package 30 is dropped as Dot-line Arrow 80 and transferred along a circular path 72 by the rotation of a second main shaft 49, and then is pushed out to directly underneath a package transporting path 74 of the packing machine and pushed out as shown by Arrow 75 by a motion of the second main shaft 49 towards the upper direction.
