PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire warmer surely improving fuel economy of an automobile by increasing the temperature of the tire, with superior thermal efficiency of maintaining an elevated temperature of a tire, without imposing extra burden on an engine (motor). SOLUTION: This tire warmer A guides and retains engine exhaust heat collected by providing a heat-collecting cover 1 on the rear side of a radiator 10 to the inside of wheel wells H, H via a hollow part of a bulkhead upper side frame 12d (vehicle body skeleton) in a front part of the automobile M. Since the tire warmer A, different from a conventional tire warmer, increases the temperature of the tire T by the engine exhaust heat retained in the wheel wells H, H and maintains the elevated temperature, the tire warmer A does not require a fan or a compressor to blow hot air to a surface of the tire T.
