PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair which has a simple structure and is conveniently used by linking a seat part, a footrest part, and a backrest part to one another. SOLUTION: In the chair, a footrest frame body 30, a backrest frame body 10 are freely turnably joined in the front and at the back of a seat part frame body 20, and the chair has a base 50 for supporting a first fixed point x, a second fixed point y, and a third fixed point z comprising each turning shaft at fixed positions. The base 50, a seat part interlocking link 1, the seat part frame body 20, and the backrest frame body 10 constitute a first link mechanism 7. The base 50, the seat part interlocking link 1, the seat part frame body 20, the footrest frame body 30, and a footrest open/close link 2 constitute a second link mechanism 8. The seat part frame body 20 cooperates the tilt of the backrest frame body 10 and the footrest frame body 30 via the first link mechanism 7 and the second link mechanism 8.
