PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible abrasive product that has a substantially consistent high cutting level on an average after the initial cutting cycle. SOLUTION: An abrasive product comprises: (a.) a flexible backing 10 including a first surface 12 having a primer coating, a second surface 13 on the side opposite to the first surface, and each end on the side opposite to each other; and (b.) a shaped structure composed of abrasive particles and a cured particulate binder and comprising a plurality of shaped structures 27 in which each structure has a distant end spaced apart from the backing and a mounting end mounted onto the primer coating on the backing.
