<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove lessening labor required for cleaning an infrared intensity detection means while allowing accurate detection of temperature of a heating object. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cooking stove includes: a burner 30 for heating the heating object N placed on a mounting part 2; the infrared intensity detection means 40 installed in the lower side part of the mounting part 2 for detecting infrared intensity of infrared rays radiated from the heating object N; and temperature finding means 4 finding a temperature of the heating object based on the infrared intensity detected by the infrared intensity detection means 40.
