CARBON FIBER HEATER LAMP HAVING A DOUBLE PIPE STRUCTURE

The present invention relates to a carbon fiber heater lamp having a double pipe structure, and more particularly, to a carbon fiber heater lamp in which an inner quartz pipe, having an outer surface on which a carbon heater formed by twisting a carbon fiber is spirally wound, is placed in an outer quartz pipe, both ends of the carbon heater are connected to an internal electrode using additional connection means inserted and coupled to both ends of the inner quartz pipe, the internal electrode is connected to an external electrode using a connection piece made of a molybdenum material, and the internal electrode and the external electrode are interconnected by the connection piece in a flat pressed portion formed by hot-pressing both ends of the outer quartz pipe. According to the present invention, the carbon heater formed by twisting fine carbon fibers into a bundle is spirally wound on the outer surface of the inner quartz pipe, and the carbon heater is connected to the internal electrode by additional connection means such that the carbon heater is prevented from being rapidly bent when connected, to thereby improve the durability of the carbon heater and thus significantly lengthen the lifespan of the carbon fiber heater lamp. The inner quartz pipe is firmly installed within the outer quartz pipe by means of the connection means, thus achieving improved heating stability.
