PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed positioning system enhancing the positioning precision of a bed using simple X-ray image data in radiotherapy. SOLUTION: Radiotherapy equipment 102 includes an irradiation head 105 and an X-ray generator 106 provided to a rotary gantry 103, and the bed positioning system 301 has the X-ray source 308 and an X-ray image receiver 309 provided in opposed relation to the rotary gantry 103 so as to hold a top plate and forming X-ray data having at least two kinds of mutually different energy distributions formed by the X-ray source 308 and the X-ray image receiver 309. The image processing arithmetic device of an imaging operation table 306 forms an image emphasizing bone tissue necessary for positioning by the subtraction processing between a plurality of the X-ray images formed on the basis of the X-ray data having the different energy distributions and a positioning device 305 uses the image data along with tomographic image data used in a medical treatment plan to perform the positioning of the bed 107.
