PURPOSE: A touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to decrease the resistance value for the wiring between an upper plate and a lower plate and enhance the reliability of the touch screen. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate includes a first transparent substrate, a first transparent conductive film and a first electrode(130). A lower plate comprises a second transparent substrate(140), a second transparent conductive film and a second electrode(160). A through-hole(180) and a discharge hole(190) penetrates from the second light-transmissive substrate of the lower plate to the second electrode, and are connected to each other between the first electrode and the second electrode. The through-hole and the discharge hole are filled up with conductive liquid.
