<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small high-pressure processing device for high-pressure processing up to 300 MPa. <P>SOLUTION: A trapezoid screw structure is composed of a high-hardness material selected from the group consisting of a nickel based heat-resistant alloy, a nickel based super alloy, a ferrite stainless steel and a martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel. The trapezoid screw structure is formed in a lid for closing the inner wall of an opening and the opening of a high-pressure container body. The lid is screwed to the opening of the high-pressure container body so as to close the opening of the high-pressure container body and to insert a pressure resistant member. A U-ring has a ring part in which the outer circumferential side is thinner than the inner circumferential side. A backup ring has a ring part in which the outer circumferential side is thicker than the inner circumferential part. The U-ring and the backup ring are arranged in a groove of the lid so as to close a gap between the high-pressure container body and the lid. Thereby, the small high-pressure processing device allowing high-pressure processing up to 300 MPa can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
