PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem associated with conventional circumferentially opposed motors: an armature coil is a conductive pattern wired on a flexible printed board by printing, so a large current cannot be passed through the armature coil and a large driving force cannot be obtained.

SOLUTION: A circumferentially opposed motor includes a winding coil 9 formed by winding a coil wire, and a flexible board 10 provided with a wiring circuit. The flexible board 10 is electrically connected with the winding coil 9.
