<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle long in travelable distance by devising and incorporating an on-vehicle wind power generation mechanism that enables appropriate utilization of vehicular traveling air. <P>SOLUTION: The electric vehicle includes a running motor set inside or in the proximity of a driving wheel, and the on-vehicle wind power generation mechanism that supplies power to the running motor. The wind power generation mechanism includes an air duct (8) having an air quantity adjustment structure (20, 21, 18, and the like) for changing the flow of vehicular traveling air (3) taken in from the outside, a windmill (13) set in the air duct, a wind power generator (14) that utilizes the torque of the windmill to generate power, and a storage battery that stores power generated by the wind power generator and outputs the stored power to the running motor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
