<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for application for a service, and to reduce the time and effort for transfer of a document, by reducing exchange of mail when a user applies for the service of a credit card company using the document. <P>SOLUTION: When a customer inputs information to an item to be input on a Web screen and transmits it in S302-S306, a proxy document application server 106 stores the input data into an input data DB 304 in S308, and provides print data in S310-S312. The customer puts his or her seal on a document, and mails it to the credit card company in S314-S316.
