<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for an organic fiber cord satisfactorily maintaining adhesion after rubber vulcanization even with a low adhesion amount, a tire with rubber reinforcing material using the same, and an adhesion method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The adhesive composition for the organic fiber cord contains a polyvinyl chloride, a (blocked) isocyanate compound, resorcin, formalin and rubber latex. The tire with rubber reinforcing material using the same, and the adhesion method are also provided. The rubber latex preferably comprises a vinylpyridine-styrene-butadiene-based copolymer latex.
