<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing ceramic dielectric material powder with high relative permittivity, and a method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic capacitor with large electrostatic capacity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the ceramic dielectric material powder include processes of producing the ceramic dielectric material powder by mixing barium titanate as material powder of a principal component and material powder of a subcomponent, calcinating and pulverizing the mixture. The ceramic dielectric material powder with the high relative permittivity is obtained by performing a treatment at a temperature of 1,000 to 1,100°C for 1 to 60 seconds as the calcination. Further, since the ceramic dielectric material powder with the high relative permittivity is obtained, the laminated ceramic capacitor having the large electrostatic capacity can be manufactured.
